3 main factors that help me to live my best!

Dear readers, welcome to my September 2023 blog post.


I am really pleased to be here again and I would love to share with you the next interesting facts I discovered about myself to live a better quality life.


I am here to share my experience with you in order to help others who eventually need it

My blog is about sharing the real experience of mental and physical health because if it helped me, it can do so for you too. First of all, I would like to mention once again, how passionate I am about these topics, so it is easier to talk about it for me on any platform.



I really took big attention about these 3 things and this payed out daily.

Let's talk about it step by step.


Be very mindful about your SLEEP- daily EXERCISE and the FOOD you eat! I know, it may sound like a cliche to you first but read about it until the end. The importance of a combination of these three factors literally changed my health and my daily life.


Everything in our life is a matter of experience and practice but listening to our bodies and being mindful of that. As more you know, as more you are alive if you practice what you already know!


How is that? Well, I mentioned before in my articles, how I suffered from sleeping issues and insomnia many times over and years. So I became very mindful about that after I researched, how important sleep is.



Healthy sleep is the first thing to start with

And this takes consistency and patience if you are a person, who suffers from insomnia or other sleeping issues. Having a perfect circadian rhythm is the basic you wanna incorporate into your life.


I can only tell you, that there is nothing better if your body and mind wake up at the same time every day without using an alarm clock. Yes, it is possible and yes it works no matter how impossible it seems to be for you right now. Of course, many of you work on shifts, well that would not be my focus here.

I am talking about the standard working schedule or working from home. Even if, there is a way to manage at least the amount of sleep you need to get to function properly.


Factors that are important regarding your sleep are :

  1. Amount of hours you sleep ( 7 or more)

  2. Quality of the sleep you get ( you need REM sleep in order to recover and rest )

  3. Circadian rhythm (regular sleeping and waking times daily)


I experienced great results after I managed my sleeping patterns and I could not be more grateful for this because sleep is the primary thing I need to function properly.


Of course, there can be a night when I stay awake a bit longer or so but it is perfectly fine. Work on your sleep and you will notice the quality of your life going up!

Let us move to the second fact that changes everything and it is EXERCISE

The way, how daily movement can change your body and mind is incredible! I cannot be more grateful and confident to say, how the daily exercise practice helped me.


For two years I have practiced daily early morning yoga, no matter where I am! I only skip a morning if really should feel sick or in some kind of big pain. Yoga changed my health issues with my back, my entire body became stronger and my mind more resilient. This is only the first exercise of the day, later on, I move on to another which can include a lot of walking ( at least 10 k steps) or swimming or so. Never miss this! If I should be flying that day or another I will be sure, there is enough physical exercise too.



Being physically active every single day is another fact that literally changed my overall health and well-being. That is only one benefit of it, it helps me to keep my healthy weight and body strong as well as my self-confidence, and self-esteem a lot.


I wrote and I still will write a lot about daily movement, this is life changing habit forever!

Of course, the first is sleep, if you get enough quality sleep, you will have enough energy to start your day with exercise. The first things in the morning will set your intention for the day and if you start right, the day will be great.


You want to feel good and strong, healthy and confident, be more productive, and have a good self-feeling, right? Choose what is good for you but do it daily, no matter where you are! I do it if I travel or if I sleep in a hotel. The thing is, this is a habit and if you stick to it, your subconscious mind will do it for you straight away!


Trust me, it is easier than you think now, I went through it, I went through the hardest times in my life and what saved me, was the exercise, movement, physical activity, and nature!


Find something, that suits you and just do it daily. You will be surprised just after one day about the benefits of it. Of course, for long-term effects and health, you have to do this for at least 4 weeks! Day by day as you drink and eat, take as a biological need and you will reap the best!



Last part of this article I really want you to pay the attention is the FOOD you daily need.

I know this is a very large topic and I would like to focus on the strong basics that I know about myself, that helped me to get the daily energy I need. I want to share the positive effect with you to motivate you and get you to think about, how important this topic is.


I could hours and hours about, how the right food choices helped me with several problems I experienced before in my life.


The first I would like to mention is, do you know that what you eat impacts your body, gut, and mind right. So that is a strong fact to choose your daily food intake wisely. My blog and my life are all about the HEALTH, so I only want to advice, on what really helped me and how I feel or how I look.


Heal your PMS symptoms with food

Now I specifically targetting women here but it is good to know about this anyway as a man too. If you really want, you can help to reduce your PMS to almost level zero without using any medication (which I don't use by the way.) Pay attention to your body and you will never suffer again. As women, we need a little bit different food choices than men. Especially before your period starts, the one week.


I will tell you, what I have done and what helped me to feel much better than ever. I simply after I took care of my sleep, exercise started to focus more on all the minerals, vitamins, and other important food components. I calculated, how much protein I needed as a woman for a day and also I would increase my calcium and also magnesium intake in the week before my period started.


The results are surprising! I barely have any PMS symptoms anymore. My period became regular without any pain or other issues. I mean, I generally eat very healthy, so that was not much of an issue then but I needed to do some more EXTRAS in order to feel well all the time.


Research, read, get an advice if you dont know how to change something

Our life is so precious, let us make it a high-quality life without problems of health. You can simply adjust a few habits and your whole perception will change for the better!



Focus on SLEEP, EXERCISE, and FOOD are the three most important basic habits, that will change everything but living a better quality life!
