Welcome to my February blog post where I will write about the healthy habits that changed my way of living for the best!
I love to talk and write about my personal experience because I strongly believe I can influence someone's life and make it better too only by sharing my story.
Healthy habits are the best habits you can create and form for the rest of your life.
First of all, you have to understand how important is the HEALTH for us and I talk about mental and physical one. With this awareness, you either are born or you experienced some health issues or you just read this article and become more aware of it!
I must say you do a great job just by reading this.
The truth is that many of us live day by day and dont get aware of what they eat.
Of course, we are humans, we have needs, we are hungry, and we eat. We are stressed out, we don't eat or eat a lot of junk foods just because of the stress. We eat what the country we live in used to eat, simply the habit of humanity. All these factors are so important, they literally dictate our health and well-being.
Mostly you start to think about your eating patterns after you get some digestive health issue, or some other health problem right? The good thing is, yes you have a chance to change your life by simply adding the new healthy patterns into your life!
Some other humans, just want to start a new habit by living the new experience and improving their health. That is a great way to start!
Many others would like to start to make some better changes but they don't have the consistency and don't know how to start. In this case, I highly recommend searching for help like a nutritionist or even your doctor should help.
No matter how you became aware of what you eat, important fact is that you got in to this state of mind.
My journey is simple.
I love healthy habits, healthy food, and healthy living, most of these habits I got from my family but many of them I implemented into my life in my adulthood, step by step. Life is evolution so you are as a human being, you are changing throughout your life constantly. My life showed me what is best for me and I swear and live by it daily!
It is not only about discovering what is good for you, it is very much about it TO KEEP IT, staying consistent with it. This requires a lot of mental training and discipline. Nothing easy but a very refundable investigation.
My choices regarding healthy habits were a huge change in my life and I stay with them until the end of my life. I feel great, healthy, energized, concentrated, fit, and aware of what am I eating. Generally, I stay by the rule 80:20 or 85:20 depending on each month. I sometimes like to have a different choice by 1 day in a week as I usually use to have. And that is totally fine! Life should not be suffering, nor diet or something similar.
Simply find your way of healthy life by beeing aware how you FEEL RIGHT NOW. It gives you an answer.
If you listen to your body, you have the power to change anything you don't like about it. Our mind is a superpower and you are the creator. Start to create your healthy habits right now! Don't waste your time waiting for a better occasion there is nothing like this!
I changed my life by eating whole foods, no processed foods at all, drinking plenty of water and smoothies, and green juices. Incorporate all the necessary vitamins, antioxidants, and nutritious food, but mostly what is feeding my body is MY OWN MIND.
Your mind will tell you everything. The power of thought is magical.
Including healthy habits like food, exercise, meditation, doing what you like, meet who you love, is CRUCIAL for our healthy life! Try to think about how you live right now, what you do, what you really like, and what would you like to do, write it down! Step by step go to the first goal and then to the next and next. Celebrate your wins!
As I started with cold showers EVERY morning, (it is now almost 8 months) it literally changed my morning perception, I became very clear in my mind.

Starting with something and sticking to it is the most difficult part but don't give up, you have to be mentally strong to accomplish the goal you set. You can work on your persistence day by day and build yourself up. And I know you can because I can and many others can too.
