Surprising benefits of not overeating
Have you ever had that stuffed feeling after your food at least once in your lifetime?
Well, I won't be surprised if you say yes because everyone did it. The thing is how often do you experience this sensation of overeating. There is a whole bunch of scientific researches on how unhealthy this actually is for our body.
Let me explain how to not overeat
“Food is the only one thing we can choose wisely before we realize that we have some health issues.”
The fact is that humans love to eat and overeat. That is mostly dependent on the culture we groove up. Some of us were taught and preached the eating habits as kids followed by our schools and adulthood.
And this would be the time you can decide how to proceed further with your eating habits.
Firstly you should be conscious of the way you actually eat and what do you eat and how do you feel after your meals. If there is no issue with your stomach or body- health conditions then you probably won't even think about any change right?
After you become clear with how do you actually feel, you can follow the process of discovering new healthier eating patterns. Certainly, this takes time as everything in our life but the results bring the happier, healthier you full of energy and clearer mind because of better health.
Creating a new eating habit requires a little bit of research because each of us is different and there is no exact way or pattern of how you should do it.
I will take you through my experience
There was definitely a time in my life when I was not eating healthy, not enough, not balanced and overeating too because of many different reasons. The reason might be stress, hurry, many other priorities as eating or just eating something without thinking how this actually will benefit my body. The result of these unhealthy eating habits was my being underweight as well not enough nutrition in my food caused anemia which I was diagnosticated by my Doctor and lack of energy and so on.

As I realized how I was actually eating and living and setting the food as my last priority I become very radical with implementing the new changes. I would write down every single food which I need to eat regarding my better health. I would research the benefits of every single food I will eat. Lastly, I would start to cook more, meal prep more, and learn to have this new routine be part of my life FOREVER.
“Be more consistent with you.”
The way how to think about my food intake would not be stressful or exaggerated but very convenient and a big pleasure. There are so many ways how to eat and bring to the body the nutrition and minerals it needs. I grew up in a different way as I live now but of course, I never tended to eat much junk food but the home-cooked kitchen of my mum was not always light but this is what we had at that time.
The point is you can decide now after reading this article about what is good for you. I am a huge fan of making it as easy but effective as it could be. And repeat. Because if you are going through the process of creating a new eating habit, you have to stay CONSISTENT.
