My first time was about half a year ago and I just started slowly by taking 3 minutes of a warm shower, 1 minute colder and 1 time repeating it all. The temperature of cold water was not as low as it should be but first of all, you have to build step by step your resistance to it.
Not only the physical resistance is important but the mental one actually will go stronger by doing this every single day.
My feeling after the first time was OK I did it, I am proud of myself!
