5 reasons to exercise every day
There are certainly many more reasons to get move your body every single day but I picked up for you the most important one!
Welcome to my first blog post. Feel comfortable with your cup of tea or a nice cup of coffee meanwhile taking a break from your work or studies or you are just curious how to manage the exercise routine during your day.
Let's start!
First reason why you definitely should take time for your exercise is because it keeps you mentally and physically stronger. Whether you prefer to go to the gym or make an outdoor sport or maybe you would rather like to stay at your home gym with some online trainers - there is a huge choice for everyone. But one thing is for sure right here and right now the benefits of daily exercise you will get back very soon.
Every day is a new beginning of your life and the day to start with a regular body movement is right now. Many of you will ask how should I make time if I don't have it or I don't feel motivated to exercise here the answer would be: JUST START whenever and whatever everything will be correct. The first step is the most important one!
Second reason why to exercise regularly is the feeling of feeling good after! No matter what you do, you will feel better even more if you convince yourself to do any kind of sports activity you just didn't want to do.
Who doesn't want to feel good every day right? Have you ever heard about the happy hormones every human being needs daily? Correct we call them serotonin, dopamine, endorphin, oxytocin, these neurotransmitters are the most important part of our brain we need daily! They will start to be produced already during the exercise but not as much as after it. Just TRY IT! And stick with it every day. If you make the first step, everything after would come easier and easier. I promise.
The third reason why to get yourself move would be the better SELF- CONFIDENCE. As your body starts to build the muscles or maybe you will lose some kg, you will automatically have this better inner feeling about yourself- with yourself.
Nobody is perfect and there is always something to work on even more on your beautiful body. The quality of your life will improve, the relationships will improve, the work becomes more productive. This is what we all want right?
Forth reason is very simple, you will build your CONSISTENCY. Remain consistent in your life is the key to become successful and I am not talking only about financial reason. The goals and dreams will become more realistic and reachable because you will be consistent in the things you are doing.
No matter how hard it should seem in the beginning, it is worth it to make the first step. So what about putting on some trainers and getting out there?
Fifth reason is your HEALTH and better immune system.
I believe that there is no one who would not want to be healthy the major time in your life. As I started my regular exercise routine, I don't remember when I got the flu or any other virus. I prefer morning yoga or another type of workout which could be around 20- 30 minutes before my morning coffee or tea. And as my daily plan starts either I reach the 10k steps during the day or I have another type of workout. It really depends but DEFINITELY there is one.
