What keeps me going through hard times
Today I would like to write about a topic that is relevant to each of us.
I believe I can help you if I share my experience because that is what life is about, we learn if we are open to listening to others' life stories.
Everyone knows what the hard times are and I am certain you lived it already or you go through it now.
I got you and I know how you feel, how desperate you are, maybe sad or lonely, misunderstood, you feel like you don't fit into this society, whatever it might be. JUST TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND READ.
First of all, I would love to encourage you, you are not alone. There are thousands of people who feel the same and seek a solution or advice maybe just a single LISTEN TO ME. Everyone wants to be heard and appreciated.
You are a unique person with a unique personality.
After you realize this, you can take the first step to process your emotions.
Why? Only if you are calm and grounded, you can start to make some moves. In a sad state of mind or angry you won't be able to see the world in brighter colors. Trust me I have been through this as you.
A CLEAR MIND and a HEALTHY BODY are the way to start. You will need to start with your mind first because that is your power, your engine to work with. Your mind is a powerful mechanism that you can program the way you want. After you realize this, you can start to take the first step.
Only in the Calmness and Peace, your can start to process your emotions.
Search for a place you feel safe, and peaceful, where no one disturbs you. If you need to, take notes about your thoughts, and write them down! Slowly but surely after you make a summary of the problems you currently going through and you are willing to change that, you already start to have a brighter vision.
What helped me to calm down my emotions?
To me, it was nature combined with exercise, fresh air, and fewer people observing nature. Sunsets and sunrises together with taking photos were the best way to get other thoughts! I would wake up every day and do this.
You will a need a healthy routine, every day
The next step is you have to establish a daily HEALTHY routine that you stick to it, no matter what! Start small, do the things that you will do daily but do them. I am talking about regular sleep and waking times, healthy homemade food, the type of exercise you like, etc.
Don't forget, this is about you, not about others. You want to move on, listen to your needs, what makes you feel good, who makes you feel good, and where it makes you feel good. That is VERY IMPORTANT!
Don't let others disturb your routine or your peace, you have to manage to control your emotions. Establishing all that I am writing about into your daily practice is THE ONLY WAY to achieve the best results.
Emotions cannot control you.
You need to understand no matter how BAD you feel, that you are in charge of doing anything. I know it is possible, after regular 2 and half years of practicing every single step I am writing about, I assure you, everything IS POSSIBLE.
it is called a process, first, you will process the emotions, then you start to establish a daily healthy routine, and you will start to sleep better, and eat better. You will start to look better and FEEL BETTER because this is all about this. You will gain the power slowly but surely about the majority of the bad emotions and your life starts to change. Why?
You will build a RESILIENCE to everything and you will be able to manage the HARD TIMES. By the way, after this, you might even change your point of view about the problem you currently going through.
The power is in you and you are able to do everything
The power comes with all your healthy habits, a healthy environment, a healthy body, and a clear mind. You will after this automatically make better decisions because you will appreciate yourself much more! Every single BAD MOMENT in our lives is a way to GROW. Everything you go through will make you stronger and better but you have to make a deep SELF - ANALYSIS and it takes time.
There is nothing greater as we go through our lives and feel balanced and calm in each situation we face in our life! It is possible to make better decisions and choices after we manage the POWER of our brain and take control over it.
I am so grateful for all of you, who take the time to read my experience and eventually share it, We all together have to power to make our lives and minds better and stronger.
