Staying healthy means living and eating healthy
This is not about any diet, this is about your LIFESTYLE!
The lifestyle is something that we live day by day but lifestyle is something that we can change or create ANY TIME. Especially if we feel there is something wrong with us.
Create a lifestyle to give yourself the healthy life you will be proud of it
"Making a change might seem to be not easy for many of you because of many reasons you think."
The fact is that to make a change is ALWAYS possible. You might have tried many times but in the end, you will be proud.
I will take you through the journey.
If you are thinking right now there is something wrong with your habits, then certainly it is. This is the first step you have just realized it and you are on the journey to change it. There is no one else in this world who can do it for you. It all starts with you!

You have to love yourself and create this loving relationship in order to become the best version of Yourself!
My journey started with a fact that all my blood results were bad and I had several other health issues too. The reason was my stressful lifestyle, not realizing really how actually affected my health and my mental health! I would not eat enough nutritious food, have insomnia, have a high heart rate, be very thin, and just be stressed out all the time and everywhere.
Unfortunately, I was not having that mature brain to fully realize how I am damaging my overall health! The point came as I mentioned before the doctor visits and my radical changes started.
I started with the intake of all foods my body needed in order to heal and give me the energy I was missing. I started to focus more on the quality of food, fresh food, non processed food, etc. And after 1 year it helped, I had better blood results!
This was not the only step I made. I started with DAILY exercises, mediation and the most powerful one was the breathing exercises as Pranayama ( comes from Ayurveda). The next point would be feeding my soul with positive thoughts as books, podcasts, motivational videos, journaling on a daily basis and the last thing which I found very important would be changing my friend's circle I was meeting many years.
This a journey, this a lifestyle, this is ABOUT YOU and hard work. I believe each of them is a unique person and with each of them resonates something different and that is fully OK. You can try many techniques regarding your nutrition, exercise, other sources of your healthier journey. I would try plenty of techniques, I would change the type of exercise from going for a run to exercise at home and I still change some but they work!
I am a living example of a person who makes changes all the time in order to make better progress to grow!
