The best pancake or call it a dessert!

Ingredientes

100 ml of plant milk of choice ( I use almond or coconut or cashew )

1 egg

oats ( I use spelt oats) 

1/2 tbsp of flax seeds

1 tbsp of dutch cocoa

pinch of cardamon, cinnamon


For topping


1 smaller greek yoghurt

blueberries (use fresh or frozen)

1 tbsp of raw honey

pinch of cinnamon


Preparación

Put all the ingredients into your blender and blend for 30 seconds. Let rest for 2 minutes just to see the consistency of the pancake dough. You still can add your milk or more oats. 

Make small pancakes in the non-stick pan! 

Place one onto another and fill between with the greek yoghurt until finished.
