Ingredients
1 chicken breast (OF COURSE YOU CAN DOUBLE THE PORTION)
1 small zucchini
100 g of whole grain pasta ( penne or farfalle fits well)
1 small red onion
1 natural yoghurt
pinch of Curcuma, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt
fresh basil for garnish or parsley
Preparation
Roast the onion in your pan, add zucchini roast a bit then set apart
In a separate pan roast your chicken breast until pre-cooked, ad the spices
Stir together and let covered 15 minutes cook until soft. In the end, you will ad your natural yoghurt, stir a bit and serve.
