Ingredients
2 cups of wholegrain flour
1/3 cup of wholegrain oats
1 egg
2 tbsp of raw cocoa
1 tsp of coffee
4 tbsp of raw honey but add 1 date or agave if you wish sweeter
I used the apricot sauce for the dough but sweet apple sauce would work too
pinch of salt, 1 tsp cinnamon
I will add chopped walnuts next time too!
Preparation
Mix the wet and dry ingredients separately then stir together and make a dough. It will come out perfectly, absolutely not sticky but beautiful to work with it! I used a rolling pin, the thickness around 0,5 cm as it will rise a bit in the oven! Cut the shape you prefer.
Bake for around 15 min at 180 degrees C, OMG the smell you will love it.
