Ingredients
brown lentils
wholegrain flour
baking soda and lemon (u can use dry yeast)
salt
oregano
olive oil
lukewarm water if needed
Preparation
I have no measures, here is what I have done:
I left to soak my brown lentils for a couple of hours, then blended them smoothly. Transferred into a dish, added some wholegrain flour, salt, baking soda with lemon, some grounded flax seeds, and made a dough. I left it to sit for above 45 minutes. Later I formed a bread shape and put it into a ceramic dish, sprinkled with some cumin, and seeds, made a nife cut a let it bake for above 30 minutes.
So delicious in taste, healthy, and full of fiber, iron, vitamins B. Perfect combination for a breakfast or lunch but dinner as low carb!
Let it cool, slice, and enjoy!
