Ingredients
200 ml of a spelt flour (any integral flour)
1 cup of plain (greek, natural) yogurt
bit of baking powder
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Preparation
Place your flour into a dish along with baking powder, and salt, and make a place in the middle to put the yogurt. Slowly process with a spatula, then finish with your hands. Make a nicely formed dough, place it in a place (can be fridge) to rest for half an hour. You can divide it into 4 pieces and form a kind of little piece of bread approx. 1 cm thick. All are made in a pan for 3-4 minutes without oil on each side. After you can sprinkle them with olive oil or garlic.
They are amazing in taste and quick to prepare.
