Delicious whole grain bagels easy made

About the Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup and 1/2 spelt flour 

1 tbsp of baking powder (put a pinch of baking soda too this time)

1 cup of Greek yoghurt (any natural yoghurt)

pinch of salt (Kosher, Himalayan PINK salt)

Preparation

Mix all together and make a nice formed dough, it is very easy to make, non-sticky, and already delicious! I leave it to rest for about 15- 20 minutes to activate the baking powder, which helps. I divide it into 4 pieces and roll it with a rolling pin into the shape of a bagel. The inside hole I made with a small jar. I baked it together with bagels, so I have mini pieces of bread too. 

Sprinkle with olive oil and top with the seeds, I used sesame and sunflower seeds but chia or flax would go well too. 


Baking time is 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
