Ingredients
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tbsp of spelt oats
almond milk 1/2 of cup
pinch of cinnamon
dates Medjool
1 banana
1 tsp of raw honey for topping
Optional peanut butter
Preparation
Stir the chia seeds, spelt oats, cinnamon in the almond milk, cover and put into the fridge overnight. You can make more jars to have it for more days!
In the morning you just topped the pudding with dates, red fruits, banana, honey, peanut butter!
So delicious, so healthy like a morning dessert!
