Blueberries
Chia Seeds
Bit of fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Put the right amount of blueberries into a pot, smash a bit with a fork, and bring it to medium heat. You add the chia seeds and stir until you get the jam texture! At the end turn the heat off and add lemon juice. Give it a rest. You will love this to store in the fridge and have ready for your mornings or afternoons!
