About the Recipe
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
3 tbsp dutch processed cocoa
1 tsp cinnamon (you can add a pinch of cardamon)
1 egg (you can use a vegan egg)
1-2 tbsp of plant milk (Almond milk)
10 g of baking powder
half cup of dark chocolate ( I used 85%coca)
half cup of chopped cranberries (u can use raisins too)
1 cup of oat flour (spelt, almond flour goes well too)
Preparation
You mash the bananas with all the wet ingredients (I used the stand mixer) as well as you mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix gently together and put to the baking tray.
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C and bake for around 35 minutes.
It is a delicious, healthy, breakfast version or dessert. There is no added sugar in this recipe, I like it this way, the natural sweet-sourness of these cranberries make it for me. I would ad chopped/ mashed dates if you wish more sweetness.
