Avocado - hummus wholegrain cous- cous

About the Recipe

Quick and easy lunch or dinner is made from 100% wholegrain bio cous-cous, topped with homemade hummus, eggs and parsley!

Ingredients

100 % bio wholegrain cous - cous

1 avocado

1/2 of cucumber

pinch of salt, pepper, curcuma, parsley or cilantro

1 boiled egg

homemade hummus (the recipe i will post in another post)


Preparation

Cook the cous - cous or let it sit in the hot water for 15 minutes( depends on the one you have) 

Set apat to cool down a bit. Later add the sliced avocado, cucumber, add the spices and mix slowly together! Ad the boiled egg to the top, homemade hummus and parsley! 

You can add some red paprika too for the colour, it will be delicious anyways.
