Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 ripe avocado

85% dark chocolate (melted)

Bit of oat milk


topping of your choice

Preparation

Blend all together in a blender until creamy, taste it, if you are missing more sweetness, just add a bit of raw honey or date syrup. I love it like originally written. A fantastic choice to get all the healthy fats and Omega 3, fiber, and antioxidants, perfect also for your PMS. :)

I am obsessed with this recipe, it is my own, my method, and I definitely will repeat it every week!
